Hello Kinks Fans,

the new "Meerkur-Records" are proud to present their first production. It is a 3CD set called "The Songs We Sang For Auntie: BBC Sessions Outtakes 1964 - 1994". The set includes 55 tracks of the Kinks' BBC sessions that have been omitted from the official release in 2001. The whole set is remastered: we tried to offer you the best quality possible.

With this CD set, the complete concerts in London 1974 and 1977 are now available on CD. It is the very first time that the 1977 live version of "Father Christmas" can be found on a bootleg. The second previously unreleased song is "Mirror of Love" which comes as a BBC studio version.

The CDs are not for sale, only for trade. If you are interested in a copy please write to: meerkur@lycos.com. We have build a CD tree in 2002 and there are a lot of people who are willing to copy the CDs for people who are interested.
